Employee Empowerment

And a broad action plan is drawn and implemented, taking into account the survey’s findings.

The company has a strong internal communication culture. CavinKare’s employees, particularly its management cadre, are kept informed of all major developments. Even at the department levels, all required information is disseminated through e-mails and billboards. The company’s CMD holds open house sessions with the employees of every department atleast once in a year. And the employees can freely express their views during these interactions.
