CavinKare Ability Award for Eminence: Rajinder Johar, New Delhi. For socially and economically rehabilitating scores of disabled persons through his organization 'Friends of the Disabled'. Despite a cervical spine injury, every activity has been initiated and overseen by him from his bed.

CavinKare Ability Mastery Award: Rajani Gopalakrishna, Bangalore. Teaches computers and other school subjects to disadvantaged children. Despite being visually impaired, she was the first person in India to be a full-fledged Chartered Accountant.

CavinKare Ability Mastery Award: Sanjeev Sachdeva & Anjlee Agarwal, New Delhi. Persons with progressive muscular dystrophy, who run Samarthya, an organization which promotes a barrier-free environment, for severely disabled people, and organizes tours for them.
